Touchstone series consist of four books . Level 8 will cover 4 units of Touch stone book number 4 .This level will start B1 according to the CEFR classification , students can start IELTS exams from this level

Learning grammar points like: verb complements (verb+ing or to+verb) and a review of simple and continuous verbs;
Learning how to highlight key moments in story, how to make people important and highlight them in story;
Learning how to write an anecdote about facing a challenge.
Unit 2: Personal Tastes
Learning grammar points like: Comparison with as....as and negative questions;
Learning vocabulary and phrases about: colors, patterns, materials, and styles of clothing, fashion, trends;
Learning when and how to use “NOW”, and how to show understanding by summarizing things people say;
Learning how to write an interview Questions and answers.
Unit 3: World Cultures
Learning grammar points like: The simple present passive, verb+ ing and to +verb and the position of “not”;
Learning vocabulary and phrases about: Cultural item, icons and events, manners, customs and culturally appropriate behavior;
Learning when and how to use “in fact “and “of course;”
Learning how to write an article about a favorite proverb.
Unit 4: socializing
Learning grammar points about: be supposed to; was / we’re going to, and also inseparable phrasal verbs;
Learning vocabulary and phrases about going out and socializing and also expression with” get; “
Learning when and how to use expressions like “SO”, and show understanding by using statement question;
Learning how to write an article about your social style.
